Also Known as Tarnishing/Blemished
The Blight is caused by a parasite called Agraphum.

Designs featuring Blight must include a blemish marked by ink. This blemish can be located anywhere on the body but must be present.

Unique Design Elements of The Blighted:

• All bodily fluids replaced with "ink."
• Multiple eyes. [Note* Kla and Kayrid natually can have a 3rd eye or multiple eyes, Please refer to their traits.]
• Black or colored sclera, or the absence of visible eyes.
• Longer claws and/or teeth.
• Tentacles protruding from the "ink."

Designs that are Blighted must predominantly feature dark gray to black ink. Colored ink is a rare mutation and considered an additional trait.

Budding is caused by a magical flower found all over the world.

Designs featuring Budding must include flowers sprouting from the body, or alternatively vines/thorns. The flora can be located anywhere on the body but must be present.

Unique Design Elements of Budding:

• Flowers of any type sprouting from wounds in place of blood.
• Thorns, vines, or flowers growing on the body or wings.

Also known as Crystal Rot or Rotting,

Valtas is a magical illness often caused by the overuse of magic.

Designs featuring Valtas must include crystals or cracks forming on the body. These crystals/cracks can appear anywhere but must be present.

Unique Design Elements of Valtas:

• Crystals of any color, shape, or size forming on the body.
• "Shattered" limbs or body parts where the crystals have broken off.

The Zetfir affliction arises as a consequence of the Blight, a natural evolution of those whose minds have been overtaken by the parasite. When a drug is administered to enhance the parasite’s presence, the afflicted undergo grotesque and unnatural changes.

Features:

• Insectoid Traits: Bug-like body parts, which may include extra limbs, chitinous exoskeletons, insect wings, and other similar features.
• Mutations: Distorted forms such as elongated mouths and other grotesque, unnatural transformations.

This condition arises from a deficiency in specific antibodies necessary to fight off certain diseases and infections. To compensate, those affected require blood consumption, leading to the development of elongated fangs to facilitate feeding. This condition is hereditary, passed exclusively through bloodlines, and cannot be contracted like other diseases.

While rumors of methods to transform into one exist, these are largely hearsay and old wives’ tales.

Features:

• Elongated Fangs,Noticeably longer than normal, often visible over the lips.
• Those affected exhibit unique abilities and skills not seen in others, provided they maintain a steady supply of blood to sustain themselves.
