Most Klä have a gem on their forehead just like Kayrids. The gem can vary in style and color, and they are believed to be the source of their soul or magic. Klä can manipulate and modify their gems using a magical chisel, although it may cause some discomfort.

• Gems must be on the forehead between the Klä eyebrows or above them. 
• They can be any shape and any size within reason.
