- Allows you to upgrade any trait to the next highest tier (e.g., Common → Uncommon, Uncommon → Rare).
- This item cannot be used to grant afflictions, mutations, or hybrid traits.

- Cannot be used to obtain Zetfir, Vykoso, or Belme Sickness.
